The Only PR Guide You'll Ever Need is a comprehensive, self-guided workbook on how to incorporate good public relations into your business, whether you're pre-startup, or have been running a corporation for decades. It's a map that blends new communication methods with responsible and earnest counsel, sourced from PR and business experts alike.

Sandra Nomoto (née Garcia) learned to read and write when she was three years old, fostering her love, passion, and appreciation for language and the visual arts. Young Sandra always loved writing stories and cared deeply about world issues. It wasn't until years later, thanks in part to the documentary Earthlings, that she started living an eco lifestyle and changing her eating habits.

Although Sandra appreciated the two years spent working at a top public relations firm in Vancouver, she soon realized the corporate world was not for her. And in 2008, she started her own boutique agency where she could do PR her way.

Three short years later, the proverbial light bulb went off, and Sandra melded her two passions: PR and consciousness to form a rebranded agency, Conscious Public Relations Inc. Becoming the fourth public relations firm in Canada to become a certified B Corporation in 2016, this business would reflect her values at their core, one where she would use her storytelling skills for good and to grow the conscious living movement.

Sandra was raised and lives in beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada, and is very active in her community. Her previous membership with eWomenNetwork led her to be part of the marketing team, where she played an integral role in the Vancouver chapter receiving the Best Social Media and Community Engagement Award in 2016. She was one of the founding members of the Vancouver Short Film Festival and has served on the board of the Vancouver Mural Festival.
