Certificate measures 3" by 5" with the title, publisher, date of publication, copies received, affidavit received and entry number handwritten in. Each book and certificate is housed in an envelope with title, author and date of publication typed on front. Book is in fine condition, certificate has light toning, and envelope has light soiling and a 1" tear.
