About the Author

Chang-ling Sun is a retired professor of Tsinghua University (Beijing). She was born in China in 1935 and well-educated both at home and in schools (National Peking Normal University Affiliated Second Elementary School and National Peking Normal University Affiliated Girl's High School). After graduating from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, she devoted her life to engineering and technology education in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Tsinghua University and University of Macao, and retired in 1995.
