About the Author
James M. Morrison is currently the Director of Organizational Development of an international corporation. Prior to this position, he worked for a consulting firm where his business consulting skills were focused on strategic development, execution of corporate initiatives, leadership development, and goal achievement. He has extensive experience in recognizing inefficiencies within organizations and designing large-scale solutions to create better financial performance. His clients include many of the fortune 100 and 500 companies.
In 2008, he was asked by the "U.S. State Department" to conduct a full-scale assessment of the Iraqi healthcare system. He spent time in Iraq analyzing the systems and structure of the organizational design and meeting with dignitaries in the Middle East. His work led to the first contract in history using the funds of the Iraqi government to fund a $50 million dollar implementation of medical equipment.
James is the founder of The Voice of the Children.org, an organization alleviating suffering in underserved countries.
He is the father of triplets and lives with his wife outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.
