Pursued (The Three Worlds)

Sage Emerson kept Jacob Carter alive once.

Now the war that nearly destroyed him is reaching for her.

They escaped Project 157, but Admiral Ash wants them back, and the One World Government is watching every road, every camera, every mile between them and freedom.

Ash does not see Jacob as a man.

He sees altered blood.

A connection to the spirit.

A weapon waiting to be reclaimed.

Jacob knows it too, which is why running will never be enough for him. He wants the project destroyed, and Sage is terrified that his need for justice may be the trap Ash is counting on.

But Earth is not the only danger hunting them.

The same force that tore Jacob into the spiritual dimension is pulling Sage toward the realm he barely survived—a world of green haze, impossible power, and predators waiting in the dark.

Sage has spent her life trusting what she can measure.

Now survival may depend on trusting what she cannot see.

Jacob would die for her.

But Sage’s deepest fear is that he will live long enough to go to war—and never come back from it.
