About the Author
Michael Claudio is an entrepreneur at heart, having started and built several businesses. He currently is the president at Guardian Strategic Wealth Planners, a company partnering with business owners to protect and grow their resources for greater impact.
Michael is an engineer by degree and spent more than twelve years working at OEM plants for Nissan and Mercedes-Benz in design validation and quality engineering. With escalating responsibility over the years, he left his last position at Mercedes with a staff of twenty engineers and fifty quality team members to start EHD Technologies in 2002.
EHD Technologies provided contingent engineering resources to automotive companies throughout North America. In 2009, EHD expanded into the quality-control service functions and in 2012 launched a technical staffing division. The company was recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the top five hundred fastest-growing companies in the United States in 2013 (#381) and 2014 (#443). EHD grew to more than five hundred permanent and temporary staff until the company was acquired in 2017.
Claudio then worked for the company that purchased EHD as COO of the Quality Services Division, consolidating five business units with more than one thousand employees working on a weekly basis.
Michael currently lives in Brentwood, Tennessee, a suburb of Nashville, with Debbie, his wife of thirty years. They have three grown children.
He serves on the advisory board for Vital Families (vitalfamilies.org), an organization designed to strengthen the modern family with hope and purpose. He also is a committed supporter of Triptych Foundation, an organization leveraging charitable funds to support media projects with a positive social message.
Michael is available for engagement opportunities in speaking, coaching, training, and consulting.
