Push of a Button

Angela Burton is an attractive, newly married guidance counselor at Hillsboro High School in Nashville, Tennessee. She has grown up as the only child of a single parent. Her father was gunned down in a B-52 over Vietnam before she was born. She and her husband, Chip, are strong Christians and very close to her mother.

One night, just before retiring to bed, they find themselves in a very surreal situation. Suddenly they are cast into a life twenty years earlier. The chance to meet her father before he is deployed to Vietnam is an opportunity she will risk everything to take.

In Push of a Button, author Fred Horrell tells a complex story of love, tragedy, and faith. Part action-adventure, part historical fiction, this novel takes readers on a roller-coaster journey through time and the challenges that each generation faces. As Angie struggles in an unfamiliar world, her emotions are taxed to the limit. Will her faith see her through-or will it tear her apart? Only time will tell, with a push of a button.
