About the Author
Shaun Zetlin is a master fitness trainer, author, motivational speaker, and continuing education (CEU) provider for fitness professionals through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has owned and operated a health and fitness business in the NYC metro area for over 23 years and is a five-time Best of Brooklyn Personal Trainer winner (2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025).<br>A graduate of the University of Delaware, Shaun is the author of the <i>Push-Up Progression</i> book series, which has been featured by Discovery Channel, <i>Health, The Active Times,</i> and Yahoo Health. He is currently on tour for his latest book, <i>Emotional Fitness</i>, and has presented at organizations and events including the Global Consciousness Summit, Ernst &amp; Young, the New England Podcasters Group, and his alma mater, the University of Delaware.<br>Shaun's mission is to redefine how we understand and experience &quot;strength&quot; as a pathway to becoming our most authentic selves.
