Hubert Seipel, nacido en 1950, ex editor y corresponsal extranjero de STERN y Der Spiegel, es uno de los periodistas de investigaci�n m�s renombrados de Alemania, especializado en complejas cuestiones econ�micas y pol�ticas. En 2012, la ARD difundi� el documental de Seipel Ich, Putin-ein Portrait. A principios de 2014 realiz� la primera entrevista televisiva a nivel mundial a Edward Snowden. En noviembre de 2014 entrevist� a Putin respecto de su posici�n en el conflicto de Ucrania para el ARD. En dos ocasiones sus pel�culas recibieron el Premio Alem�n de Televisi�n, el Premio Helmut-Schmidt de Periodismo y el Premio Adolf-Grimme.
