Synopsis

Finally, the authors suggest actual policies that could be put in place in order to preserve existing spaces for development and to expand the tools developing countries can deploy.

Kevin P. Gallagher is professor of global development policy at Boston University. His books include The China Triangle (2016) and Putting Development First (Zed 2005).
