Items found to be substantially at odds regarding condition as described, or items found to be defective in text or illustrations may be returned for a full refund providing notice is given within 10 days of receipt. After that all sales are final. Returned merchandise must be properly packed and insured for the full purchase price and paid by the purchaser. Merchandise paid by personal check on a non-established account may be held for 10 business days until such funds clear.
