In response to the pressure of open market economy, most of the Electronics industries have adopted QM practices. Industries should consider QM as an innovative tool for improving operational and organizational performance in today’s dynamic manufacturing environment.

Mr. Salil Dey is presently working in Bharat Electronics Limited, Panchkula which is a public sector Electronics Company under Ministry of Defense, GOI since 1988. He is holding a position as Senior DGM in Material Management in BEL, Panchkula. He has done his MBA from Panjab University and been awarded Doctorate degree from Chitkara University.
