The first full LP by the queer novelty label Camp Records. The record compiles previously released singles and B-sides, along with two new songs, all of which are by transparently humorous and pseudonymous bylines. Though the album itself is without any credits, the singles credit the songs to Byrd E. Bath, The Gay Blades, Max Minty, and Rodney Dangerfield. The tracks parody gay subculture from within its own context, often riffing on classic songs while utilizing queer slang, along with transparent and generic homoeroticism: "Bring back the cream of those balls, balls, balls;" "Oh fanny boy, I know that you are younger, just 20 years and I am 40 more. If you had known about my burning hunger you would ve stayed and not walked out the door." The records were advertised as "racy . ribald . madly gay … way out!" in Drum, Vagabond, and One, the first American openly gay publication. 12 in.-vinyl record in sleeve. 33 1/3 RPM. 12 x 12 in. Record and sleeve in used condition.
