Carlo La Vecchia, MD, MSc is recognized worldwide as a leading authority in cancer etiology and epidemiology. He is Chief of Epidemiology at the Mario Negri Institute in Milan, Italy and on the faculty of Medicine at the University of Milan. Dr. La Vecchia serves as an editor for numerous clinical and epidemiologic journals.
