Quick Start User's Guide for the Bible

I wrote this book to help people like myself, who may have tried to understand the Bible or have been intimidated by it. In the beginning of my study of the Bible, I spent hours trying to get the hang of it. I got lost reading long lists of names I couldn't even figure out how to pronounce. The book of Leviticus contained lists of rules and regulations.

For years, Jim desired to know God's Word better, but he couldn't find a way to get past being intimidated by it all. Finally, while teaching Bible classes and listening to his students who had the same problem as he did, he discovered that it was a basic problem of not understanding the Bible's structure. That issue solved, he quickly made up for lost time and used his students' questions to form the backbone of the book you hold in your hand. By profession, he was masterful when it came to any technical computer problem, but his passion was his love for the Lord and His Word! His book is being published posthumously. He went to his heavenly home on November 26, 2004. You can read more about him in Season of Hope, our book being released summer of 2013.
