Up North arrived on November 19th of that first year and we sold 7,500 copies before Christmas--all in the Duluth area! Pfeifer-Hamilton was launched. Now, twelve years and five books later, we're still Sam Cook fans. Sam is not only a great writer, he's a first class person! We are proud to share his insights about life and the outdoors with you.
