Quarto (large format in protective clear laminate). This edition re-printed in 1998 by Super Soundproofing company. There is some related paperwork, also printed by Super Soundproofing Company, which I have left in the book. In this material it is explained that, even though the original edition of the book was issued in the 70's the principles of soundproofing and noise control remain the same. Further, Super Soundproofing Company has written an additional 4 pages to the book, which they have attached at the end, entitled 'Soundproofing Walls Using Resilient Channel and Acoustical Mat'. 119 pages.
