She is also the author of a non-academic book addressing public health issues pertaining to lifestyle ailments, What A Non-medico Must Know:The Quintessential Guide to Family Health and Wellness.. She earned a PhD in Medicine for her work on machine learning in medical imaging, and her papers on the topic have been accepted at multiple prestigious international conferences. She is a coordinator of a ational AI committee, IRIA and AI course coordinator, ICRI. She is also a recipient of the President's Appreciation Award by the Indian Radiology and Imaging Association (IRIA) 2022.
