Numerous illustrations to include pictures of engines dating but not all inclusive from 1877 through 1938, manual track laying, locomotives being reassembled, different railroad cars such as a tank car, the caboose, box car et.al. Information on railroad history, early steam locomotives, American progress, the old Santa Fe Trail when pack mules, oxen and caravans of freight wagons were used. Describes the new Santa Fe Trail which was of the iron horse. The American railroads are one of our country's largest consumers, buying enormous quantities of almost everything we produce. Terms of sale
We accept checks and all major credit cards. Prices are NET to all. PA residents
must add 6% sales tax.
Shipping charges within the continental limits of the U.S. are $9.50 for the
first book and $3.00 per each additional book, if shipped Media Mail. Should you prefer to ship via
either UPS or Priority Mail, mailing prices increase. All over-sized books and all shipments outside the U.S. will be charged actual shipping, insurance, and handling costs. All parcels
shall be shipped insured or with signature required.
All items may be returned within 7 days of receipt with prior notification. We
request any items for return be sent by their original shipping route, be well
packaged and fully insured.
Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
