8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. 1st American edition. A Very Good copy in Good dust jacket. 8vo., xviii, (i), 356 pp., illustrated with charts and b&w photographs. Black cloth with train design on the front board in gilt; photo-illustrated black dust jacket. The dj is rubbed, lightly soiled, and has a small closed tear at the tip of the rear panel. The dj is now protected in a mylar sleeve. A Very Good copy in Good dj.
