Supplement: xiv (Preface + Table of Cases) + 83 (page numbers all prefixed by 'A', same lib. stamp to t.p. otherwise clean and unmarked, text stapled but no signs of rust. These weigh 2.2 kg in all, so allow for additional postage. Apparently scarce, no matches on major sites at time of listing. 16 cm x 25 cm.
