34 pages plus covers. Magazine-style paperback: H 27cm x L 19.5cm. Some curling to program towards spine fold. Front cover features color illustration by Willard Mullin. Soiled and creased color pictorial covers detached as are pages 1-2 from rest of program. Team roster pages 17-20 have some chips, tears, creasing, and some surface peeling; pencil writing on page 6; other creases, soiling, and a few stains to interior leaves.
