5 Stars! Action adventure March 22, 2016Is an out-of-the-world character hoping for something different in her 400 year old being, something like normalcy?

This is an imaginative tale populated by a cast of unusuals. There is the synthetic Jove and his adopted hybrid daughter Elmyrah. Together they have destroyed worlds to satisfy their greed. Would they make the past right; can they, especially in light of a corrupted Wisdom's perverted sense and her ability to control minds?

There is a whole universe of diverse characters. In addition to the main players, there are humanoids, earthlings, synthetics, intelligent others, and mechanisms with super-intelligence. There is conflict, both internal and external, greed, evil, love of a sort, and at least an awakening of conscience.
In parts, the story is complex, which will please sci-fi enthusiasts. But it is a story that can be enjoyed by everyone, myself included in the everyone.

This is the second book in a series. Although not essential, you may want to read "Wisdom" first. Reviewed by the author of The Children's Story, About Good and Evil.
