RED JADE OMNIBUS

Two kingdoms in perpetual conflict... A magical artifact with untold powers...

Twenty years ago, the kings of Kallisor and Hathreneir agreed to a grand battle to end the centuries-long war between their kingdoms. The battle raged for days, until the Kallisorian king broke the code of combat to turn the tide. His plan nearly succeeded, but for a Hathren mage who united the Red Jade, a broken relic thought to restore the imbalance of magic throughout the land. His success was short-lived, and the shards of the Red Jade were scattered across the realms, where their powers were squandered.

With conflict brewing again between the kingdoms, a Hathren mage, Dariak, seeks the lost shards. His journey takes him across the foreign land of Kallisor and back to his home kingdom of Hathreneir. He must keep the shards safe while he learns their abilities and builds relationships he never expected.

In the town of Savvron near the border between the kingdoms, a young farmer, Gabrion, trains to become a soldier. A kind-hearted soul, he battles because he must, for the upsurge of war looms every day. His ascension to the knights of the kingdom is thwarted when his beloved is kidnapped. His journey to save her changes his destiny.

Kitalla works with a band of thieves, living off their plunder as they travel through Kallisor. Her skills with daggers are unparalleled, making her a threat to any who cross her. She possesses a unique dance skill that affects the minds of those who watch her. Between her daggers and her special skill, she is a powerful ally.

Randler sings the lore of the land in taverns as he embarks on his own quest. He shares tales of the Forgotten Tribe in various forms, from outright stories to playful songs. He covets a secret of his own, searching for answers to an age-long mystery.

These four companions come together, each with a mission to complete. The threat of war lingers as they journey through lands fraught with powerful beasts that strive to take them down. Will finding the shards of the Red Jade help them end the war, or will it cause more trouble for the kingdoms?
