Second and enlarged edition, after the first Boston of the same year. A collection of short essays critical of Monroe's opinions regarding U.S. policy towards France. Howes and others state that this work was also ascribed to Alexander Hamilton, with Sabin asserting that such an attribution is in error. Tracy was to evolve into a staunch Federalist. HOWES T326.
