About the Author
Mike Mack is the founder of X5 Management, an Alberta, Canada-based professional services firm that specializes in improving sales and service for mid-market businesses.
Mike holds an MBA from Athabasca University, along with a Fellow of The Institute of Canadian Bankers designation. Mike is a proud member of Synergy Network (Edmonton), serving as Chair in 2016; ACG (Association for Corporate Growth), serving as Chair and Master of Ceremonies for the Northern Alberta Mergers & Acquisitions Conference in Edmonton, Alberta, March 2016; Member of Toastmasters International, obtaining his Distinguished Toastmasters Designation-DTM.
The Distinguished Toastmaster award is the highest Toastmasters International bestows.
