4to. One-page, approximately 125 words, in part: "There is (1) Car load stock here for Canton and I have no Stock Car. Please send me one by No. 3 tomorrow . also please send me (4) box cars and (2) flat cars as all or nearly all the M & Ohio Cars are unfit to go on this road and it saves rent! . I can use from 3 to 5 box cars every day if you can send them here." The letter is written on association letterhead, with a cut (3/4 x 2 5/8 inches) of a train in an ornamental border. Old fold lines, but very good.
