32 pp.: ill. 21,5x15 cm. From the series "Cheap worker's library of Vyshka newspaper" (#3). In original illustrated wrappers. Tears of the wrappers and spine, damp stain on the front cover, back cover separated from the text block. Otherwise good. Rare provincial edition. One of the first editions about famous incident. The book is dedicated to the Umberto Nobile's dirigible expedition in 1928, its crash and rescue by Krasin and Malygin ice breakers. Soviet writer Boris Yampolsky (1912-1972) used materials from newspapers and magazines to compile events of the story. Seller Inventory # 148
