With 2 folding lithographic plans by Hulmandel, 16pp, original printed paper wraps, few spots to lower wrap, preserved in a recent marbled covered box, with a paper label on the top cover. The idea of the harbour was to provide a safe anchorage between Falmouth and Penzance, and as an outlet for the nearby Stannary town of Helston, but it was never built.
