In-8° (cm. 24,8x16,8), pp. 32. Fasc. edit. a graffe, distinta veste tipografico editoriale in carta di pregio nelle sue barbe. Benedetto de' BIFFOLI, notaio, nella cerchia di Casa Medici, rimatore semipopolare di scarso rilievo, o se no aulico e petrarchesco con sprazzi di freschezza. Le sue rime (conservate dal codice Magliabechiano 1026 VII classe, della Biblioteca Nazionale di Firenze), sono costituite da 39 sonetti caudati, due ballate e sei stanze per strambotti >(cfr. Treccani). Qui è riportato il TESTO di 42 SONETTI. Dedica a stampa a Raffaello Biffoli, musico, datata Roma 30 luglio 1908. CINQUINI era libero docente a Roma, che gli dedicò una via. Curioso il luogo di stampa! Bellì'esemplare. Rarissimo, censito finora (dic. 2024) alla sola Biblioteca comunale Classense - Ravenna.
