Detailed are the important connections with mega~mobsters like Charles "Lucky" Luciano and Meyer Lansky, and the Cleveland mob's move into Las Vegas. Through the sworn testimony of "Big Ange" Lonardo, readers learn about the secret life of Dr. Joseph Romano, a skilled surgeon. The mystery surrounding Romano's brutal murder, unsolved for five decades is finally solved in these pages. Rick Porrello comes from a Mafia family. He began research for The Rise and Fall of the Cleveland Mafia nine years ago to learn about the murders of his notorious grandfather and three uncles, all principals in this book.
