Softcover, two loose folded 18 inch high by 8-7/8 inch wide sheets printed on both sides. The pictorial cover leaves are titled and illustrated in black & red with a depiction of the center with the Adirondack mountains in the background on the front cover page and a vignette illustration by Rockwell Kent printed in red on the rear cover page. The first leaf of the contents is illustrated with a quarter-page black & white reproduction of Rockwell Kent's wood engraving of the "Bather" followed by a brief biography of Kent. The front and verso of the second leaf, titled "Rockwell Kent Exhibition" lists the works on display, including paintings, prints, drawings, books, and ceramics. There are 2 small stains to the recto of the second leaf. Near fine. Joan Frank is listed as Managing Director and Daniel C. Patchett as Associate Managing Director of the Center.
