32 pgs. including rc. Very Rare (One of a kind when listed) SC Booklet has a plain paper cover with dark green font and illustration on fc, and is in Fair + shape. Sharp corners, large stain (coffee?) top corner and edge of fc, top and center of rc, some shelf wear to covers. Booklet is tight and square, some staining along top edge of text and down spine edge on some pages, 2" high x 2 & 3/4" wide piece of page 15 cut out and missing. No DJ as issued. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
