Dating to the short lived victory of Louis XV over Frederick II and annexation of portions of Prussia (Germany), the proclamation by the King prohibits the merchants and townsfolk from selling grains and merchandise, etc. imposes tariffs and threatens punishment, etc. These towns include: "Verden, Zelle, Brunswick, Wolstenbuttel, Halberstadt, Eimbeck, Gottingen, Munden, Cassel, Marpourg, Hannovre, Hamelen, Mindeu, Niembourg, Emden, Aurick, Wesel, Cleves, Gueldres, Lippstatt and Ham. Text of 10 articles in two columns in French and German.
