RP-HPLC Method Development & Validation for Pregabalin & Aceclofenac: Development & Validation of Stability Indicating RP-HPLC Method For Simultaneous Estimation of Pregabalin & Aceclofenac

The aim of present work was to perform stability indicating method and validation of Aceclofenac and Pregabalin in bulk drug and solid dosage form. The proposed simultaneous estimation method was found to be simple, precise, accurate and rapid for the determination of Aceclofenac and Pregabalin. The mobile phase is simple to prepare and economical. The sample recoveries in all the formulations were in good agreement with their respective label claim and their suggestive not interference of formulation excipients in the estimation. The method was validated as per the ICH guidelines. Hence this method can be conveniently adopted for routine analysis of Aceclofenac and Pregabalin in the pharmaceutical dosage form.
