Quarter tan calf leather with tan spattered boards is worn with remnants of very old paper label on lower spine but in good condition. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Small old bookplate affixed to front paste down. Pages are toned with modest foxing but in very good condition. The map, which is typically b&w, is hand coloured. Plus 5 b&w plates. .
