This is a nice set of two issues of the Rugby School Magazine, The Vulture, containing Rupert Brooke's Poems The Pyramids appearing in the July 1904 issue, and The Bastille appearing in the June 1905 issue, both housed in a nice full leather, velvet lined clamshell box, the June 1905 issue also containing the loosely inserted supplement double page cartoon, some rusting to staples, a few foxing marks, light browning to some page edges, some mild creasing wear, else the magazines are in very good general condition, the clamshell box is in very nice condition. Interestingly Keynes in his bibliography of Brooke's works does not mention the publication of The Pyramids in The Vulture, only The Bastille, . both issues being exceedingly scarce, and rarely turn up on the open market.
