Period Half-leather binding with 5 shallow raised bands to spine with gilt title and motifs. Marbled paper-covered boards. 8 1/2" tall. 14 prelim. Introduction and main text 382 p.pages.
Some wear and scrapes to leather and rubbing to boards. Hinges sound and text block firm. Inscriptions on endpapers dated 1947. No other inscriptions. Small piece torn from bottom corner margin of a few pages, nowhere near the text. Overall Good+ condition/.
