Since Racism Won't Stop, We Won't Stop: A Practice of Healthy Dialogue and Action with Racially Conscious Collaboration (Paperback or Softback)

What do we do when the commitment to racial equity fades, but racism does not?
From the racial reckonings of 2020 to the backlash and retrenchment that followed, organizations and communities have struggled with a difficult question: How do we keep moving toward racial equity when attention, language, policies, and public commitment keep changing?
Since Racism Won’t Stop, We Won’t Stop offers a practical answer.
Grounded in Love and a vision of full humanity, Dr. Tony Hudson introduces the Racially Conscious Collaboration Tool, a developmental practice that helps people strengthen their racial consciousness, sustain healthier dialogue, build stronger relationships, and move together toward meaningful action in their organizations, communities, and everyday lives.
Used by thousands of people across sectors, including cities and counties, school systems, foundations, universities, health care organizations, associations, and businesses, Racially Conscious Collaboration helps people learn not only what needs to change, but how to stay in relationship and work together while changing it.
Through personal stories, workplace case examples, practical guidance, reflection, and application, you will explore questions such as:
• How do we talk honestly about race without avoiding the tension or losing our ability to work together?
• How can we recognize how race, racism, and intersecting identities shape ourselves, our relationships, and our organizations?
• How do we move from racial awareness and good intentions to sustained, collaborative action?
This is not a book about performing racial equity perfectly. It is an invitation to practice and transformation.
To notice more. To heal. To understand more deeply. To stay in the work when it gets difficult. To collaborate across difference. To keep becoming more conscious of what we have not yet learned to see.
Because racial consciousness is not a destination. Racial equity is not a moment. Full humanity requires practice.
Since racism won’t stop, we won’t stop.
