Shirley Mitchell, known as "The Golden Egg of Aging" is the owner of the Syndicated Media Groups "Fabulous after 50?", "Sensational after 60?", and "Aging Outside the Box?". Shirley was writing about the "Positive Aging Lifestyle" before most were even thinking about it. A mother of three, grandmother of ten and a great–grandmother of two, Shirley was raised in Alabama on a farm working with all her family members in the tenant cotton fields. Her favorite pastimes are her faith, spending time with family, and traveling and speaking all across the country!
