About the Author: Dr. Patrick Gloeckner studied Chemistry at the University of Wuppertal in Germany and worked until 2001 for Degussa AG in the Division of Colorants and Coatings. He is now the Head of Technical Service Coatings at Evonik Tego Chemie GmbH.
