About the Author: KIM SCOTT is the co-founder and CEO of Candor, Inc. Kim has been an advisor at Dropbox, Kurbo, Qualtrics, Shyp, Twitter, and several other tech companies. She was a member of the faculty at Apple University and before that worked at Google. Kim has worked as a senior policy advisor at the FCC, managed a pediatric clinic in Kosovo, started a diamond cutting factory in Moscow, and been an analyst on the Soviet Companies Fund. She lives with her family near Palo Alto, CA.
