Small quarto, 24.5 cm x 16.5 cm, 328 pp., This copy has the fold out map and is still attached. This copy has a dust jacket but is tattered and held together by tape from a previous owner. All four corners are price clipped. There is wear on the bottom of the corners and along the edges of the spine and the top and bottom of the spine. There is the name of a previous owner on the front end papers. Present (tattered and held together with tape).
