Octavo, xviii + 488 pp., footnotes, maps, graphs, appendices, index. Information on the then laws affecting railroad regulation of rates, service, management, etc. First pub. in 1923, this is the 2nd prntg. (1924). Maroon ribbed cloth bound hardcover in v.g. or better cond. Oddly, there is an ink stamp to the f.f.e.p. that the book is officially withdrawn from a library. But I can find no library markings on the interior or exterior at all. The d/w has a couple of nicks but shows water staining to the spine & some soiling front & back, hence only fair to good cond.
