Quarto, 568 pages, illustrated. Covers poor and have had some tape put on them in the past, spine split, damage to pages 87/8, 135-7, folding plate taped, bottom quarter of pp267/8 missing. A reference copy that frankly were it not a scarce book would have been recycled.
