See photos for condition details. Hardcover, maroon cloth boards with gilt text on spine. Exterior shows darkening of the cloth along with minor edge and corner bumps. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight, no hinge issues. Front end page contains several signatures of the original engineers, no other handwriting found in book. No bookplates or library markings. Paper is toned due to age and there is some very minor spotting/foxing present. Also included with the book are two pieces of ephemera that were found between the pages. The first piece is an advertising chart from The P&M Company which contains charts and calculations for anti-creepers and fraud points. The second piece is a handwritten sheet which spells out the estimated cost of proposed track improvement, Block's (Black's?) to Wheeling Park. These pieces are included with the book.
