Summary:

On a drizzly San Francisco day, a young girl’s Grandpa warns her that it’s "raining cats and dogs." To her surprise, his words come true! Adorable kitties and pups begin falling down from the sky! She catches them all, brings them inside for a warm BBQ feast, and gives them each a special name.

The fun takes a turn when she takes the doggies for a walk and they chase after a whistling mailman, disappearing into the city. Heartbroken, she returns home to wait for her parents, who comfort her with stories of how loyal dogs are. Just as she begins to worry, the sound of barking fills the street—the pups have found their way back! The story ends with a happy home full of love, as the little girl and her new "forever" family settle in for good.

Thank you for stopping by to check out my book! This story was inspired by my three year old daughter who is the greatest animal fan of all time! When my daughter first heard the saying “ It’s Raining Cats and Dogs”, her eyes lit up with excitement at the thought of such a beautiful and magical storm! I wanted to write this book to give life to her imagination and celebrate her love for each cuddly fluff- ball she meets.

Even though most of us will never have a house full of cats and dogs, I hope all my little readers will let their imaginations soar and get to enjoy their own magical furry storm as they read this animal loving story!
