Maria Hinojosa is an urban affairs correspondent for CNN. From 1990-1996 she was a correspondent for National Public Radio. She continues to host NPR's nationally broadcast Latino USA. In 1995, Hispanic Business Magazine named her as one of the 100 most influential Latinos in the United States. She has won numerous awards including the Robert F. Kennedy award and an Associated Press award. She has been featured in Latina magazine, Mirabella, and other publications.
