About this Item

A lovely early copy of this recently discontinued book. Clean, crisp, unmarked pages. Two pages have invisible phantom line impressions, if you look closely, that show that someone tried to trace a picture. But there are no marks. A little faint wear at top and bottom of spine and bottom edge. 4to 12-1/4" x 9-1/4". Glossy pictorial boards. Black and blue pictorial endpapers Early edition. I think it's the second printing. There are 8 lines on the copyright page rather than 7. There are 7 titles listed on the back cover, Bartholomew and the Oobleck, printed in 1949 being the latest.
