Each are the correct first editions, although the publisher changed its designation of first editions in the interval between publication of the two volumes (Vol. I states "First Edition" with number line starting with "2"; Vol.II states "First Editoion" with number line starting with "1"). We have heard reports (unconfirmed) that a third volume will be published after 2009.
