Two volumes (only these two volumes were ever published), first editions. Volume I (A-G) lxiv+ 1006 pps. ; Volume II (H-O) xxviii+ 736 pps. Fine, fresh copies in equally fine dust jackets. Each are the correct first editions, although the publisher changed its designation of first editions in the interval between publication of the two volumes (Vol. I states "First Edition" with number line starting with "2"; Vol.II states "First Editoion" with number line starting with "1"). We have heard reports (unconfirmed) that a third volume will be published after 2009.
